Dalsin Industries, Inc. is a preferred supplier for Metal Cabinets, Metal Shelving and Industrial Shelving assemblies in aluminum, stainless or steel with more than ten years experience using welding, fasteners and/or spot welding. We also make use of pre-painted metal in both steel and aluminum to save cost for our metal cabinets, metal shelving, and industrial shelving.

Our engineering staff’s ability to work with our customers to significantly reduce the number of individual sheet metal parts required to assemble complex metal cabinet / enclosure assemblies is a key to this success. We accomplish this by redesigning individual sheet metal parts to take full advantage of our state of the art CNC panel bending equipment (3 machines) and technology.

The automated bending process:

• Allows us to produce more complex individual sheet metal parts that typically replace three to four smaller parts that had to be assembled together.
• Has the ability to hold tighter tolerances that result from this approach not only reduce cost but also improve the esthetic appearance and consistent quality of the cabinet assembly.
• Cuts metal cabinet assembly costs by as much as 30 to 40 percent, depending on the size, configuration and complexity!
